Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders may be cancelled before fulfilment begins where the order status allows cancellation. Once an order is packed or handed to a courier, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process will apply instead.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method wherever supported. Bank and payment-network processing times are outside Kuhoor’s direct control. Any applicable shipping, COD, duty or non-refundable charges will be disclosed according to the order and return circumstances.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, please contact Kuhoor support with the payment reference. Verified duplicate or failed-payment captures will be reconciled through the payment provider.
